Железный рыцарь Ти́лли-Ви́лли — живой металлический гигант, который был создан Чарли Блеком, чтобы сражаться с Арахной — злой великаншей.
Внешность Тилли-Вилли была ужасающей: его рост превышал 30 локтей, у него были устрашающие раскосые глаза, стальные клыки, которые высовывались из его оскаленной пасти. В его горле находилась мощная сирена. Туловище и конечности были созданы и раскрашены так, будто это были доспехи средневекового рыцаря. Целью устрашающего внешнего вида Железного Рыцаря было запугать злую колдунью Арахну, которая принесла на Волшебную страну разрушительный Жёлтый Туман. Однако, несмотря на свой внешний вид, Тилли-Вилли был добрым, наивным и отважным; в глубине души он был обычным мальчиком, полным задора, хвастливости и жажды подвигов.
